Yes even though thousands of blogs are created each day many of them live a short life. I don’t want to discourage you but help you to avoid the pitfalls that many fall into. I believe that if you decide to put your hard work and energy into something you should see rewards for your efforts. More people are losing and I don’t want to hear you are one of them. Grab a hold of these and do what it takes to go beyond the obstacles that have limited many.

1. Money driven
You’ve been blogging for a few months and you have yet to earn a dime. Are you just blogging for money? Sad to say, it is a good possibility that you may cave in and quit like others before six months time and you still don’t see anything.

 

It is important that you are delighted and driven by the desire to write about a topic you care about. You also get the opportunity to share and connect with others of the same passion. This will help you to enjoy your journey and give your more determination to hang in there. Financial rewards will come your way.

2. Make money blogs or making money online
Only make an effort to create these type of blogs if you already make a good amount of money online and can present it in unique ways. The market is flooded with these kind of blogs that have established experts.

 

Blogging about a topic you may not be an expert in is okay. On the other hand, if there are numerous sites like yours only those with credibility will have better results. Don’t make your life hard cause credibility often links to experience. Find a topic that you can excel in.

3. Selecting the wrong niche
Your choice in the wrong niche can effect your blogs lifespan. You won’t get very far by blogging about a topic that no one is interested in. Look around very carefully, cause you should be hearing or seeing any good potential niche in other places - forums, website, media, etc. In the long run only what people are interested in they will be willing to buy.
 
4. Lack of focus
Remember that there are many distractions out there. If you are not focused you will be jumping all over the place. So many things will be grabbing for your attention. To last and be a long-term blogger you have to be focused long enough to succeed. Avoid the temptation of jumping from blog to blog. You must allow some time for your blog to gain momentum and capturing followers.
 
5. Believing blogging is fast money
Success from blogging does not come overnight. Do not believe that this will happen in a week, a month or even three, you are setting yourself up for disappointment. To many people have come into the field of blogging feeling that if they can just put in an hour or two a day and earn thousands of dollars a month.

 

A successful blog will not happen without WORK. Starting a blog will take time to build, but the rewards from your labor can be rewarding. If your schedule is too busy and you don’t have time to work regular on your blog then should probably wait before you get started.
